C 1900 Chatelaine Repousse look highly ornate 2 piece Pencil on long & short fancy paper clip chain stamped W the Brooklyn New York silversmiths' Webster & Son mark used between 1886-1928. 3 1/8" Pencil is stamped, 24" + 4 (below y) chain is not stamped but tests sterling.
