| A fine English Nineteenth Century Georgian style carved armchair, circa 1860. The arched upholstered back is joined to elaborately carved arms and supports. Both carved with acanthus, floral blossoms and meandering vine. The cabriole legs, scrolled feet and shaped apron decorated in a similar manner. The center of the skirt is wonderfully carved with the face an animal. Condition is very good with rich color and fine patina. Dimensions: Height 41 1/2", Depth 29 1/2", Width 28". | |||||||||
