A fine Tiffany & Co. Platinum & Diamond Open Heart Pendant designed by Elsa Peretti. The piece has 7 pave set diamonds on the front. The back is marked Tiffany & Co. Signed Elsa Peretti PT950 Spain. This particular heart has been retired, but originally retailed for $1975. It measures 7/8" across by 3/4" and weighs 8.4 grams. Condition is excellent.
