A fabulous rare vintage 14K gold charm in the form of a ship's lantern. This nautical charm has a convex crystal with a closed back. Then, on the back of the lantern is a panel which opens which would allow for the candle. The charm tests 14K and the jump ring is marked. The gold has a slightly rose colored hue. It measures 2" in height and 7/8" in width. It can also be worn as a pendant. The charm probably dates c. 1940s and is in excellent condition. It weighs 10.2 grams.
