This finely modeled and detailed figurine measures 6 1/2" high, and the base is 4" across. The bird stands on a stump which has three-dimensional flowers on it. The base is marked "Crown Staffordshire", and has "Widowbird" written in brown. Also, in green in are the words " are designed and modeled by J. T. Jones". The piece is in excellent condition. It is a vintage piece, and dates from c. 1950, and was made in England.
