ORDERS

Please contact me either through the Trocadero order inquiry process or by emailing me at; albedo3studio@att.net

Please use the item number and include your name and address to calculate shipping/insurance costs. Please let me know how you would like to arrange payment. I accept personal checks, money orders and Paypal.

Please contact me if you have any questions regarding my pottery or your order. As these are entirely handmade and all glazes are created in my studio from natural materials, the actual piece and the photos may vary slightly. I have done everything possible to accurately depict the true color of the pottery, but variations do occur. The piece that you see in the picture is the actual piece that you will receive. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Even pieces made to match or as sets show some variation in size and coloration.

SHIPPING

Once I have received all of the necessary shipping information, I will ship using USPS insured shipping or UPS. I have been packing and shipping pottery for a long while and have become very good at it. Pots are bubble-wrapped and well packed in sturdy boxes. Because I am a full-time potter, I usually ship 1 or 2 times a week. I apologize if this causes any inconveniences.

RETURN POLICY

I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied, please notify me within 72 hours (24 hours for pots by other potters as determined by Postal delivery date/time) and return the item well packed and insured. Books are generally not returnable. Once the return is received in the same condition it was sent, I will send a refund for the pot, less shipping/insurance. Please contact me prior to returning the item. If you have any questions regarding my pottery, sales policy or shipping methods, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Any customer who refuses delivery or fails to pick up a delivery will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. This is the only instance in which such a fee will be collected.

"AS IS" sales are final and do not include a return privilege, ALL SALES FINAL

In the event an item is received damaged, once an insurance claim is made and received the customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the item as shipping costs can not be insured and I only insure for the amount shown on the original listing or a negotiated price. Failure to comply with making an insurance claim will negate a refund as a one party claim is mostly denied.
