Serene Yuteki-Temmoku Chawan By Taniguchi Ryozo
A very serene Yuteki temmoku chawan by the famous Taniguchi Ryozo. Taniguchi, along with Miura Shurei, Kimura Moriyasu and Morikazu and Kamada Koji are famous proponents of the "oilspot" field.

This chawan is an excellent example of Taniguchi's work and masterful control of his glazes. He was a master of glaze technology and perfect forms.

This chawan measures 5.2" X 2.8" and is in perfect condition and comes complete with it's signed box.

Taniguchi Ryozo has had numerous one-man shows in Japan and his works are in a great deal of catalogues, publications and books.
