This pair of 12 loth silver salt bowls was made in Germany, circa 1870. Each piece consists of two oval shaped salt bowls connected by a looping hollow silver handle. The bowls sit on 2 feet on either end and have a small lip to their rims. These would make a great wedding gift.
MONOGRAM: None MEASUREMENTS: Height: 3-1/2" tall, Length: 5-1/2" long, Width: 2-1/4" wide WEIGHT: 3.5 troy oz. (each) HALLMARK: MAKER'S MARK, 12 CONDITION: In good overall condition with normal surface wear and scratches from usage and age. There is some discoloration on the bottom of two of the bowls. |
