This beautiful antique 830 silver sterling silver Judaica snuff or dresser jewelry box. It was made in Holland c. 1880, and is signed by the maker MC. This unique one of a kind box has a beautiful hand embossed scene of Abraham & Sarah expelling Ismael & Hagar from their tent as the story is told in the Bible. The box also has beautiful patternwork around the body, of embossed animals in cartouches. This really stunning box would make an excellent gift idea for any occasion. Good luck bidding!
