Lovely Russian Spice Box Sterling Filigree Work C.1860
This Spice box shows fantastic filigree workmanship from top to bottom.
It is quite old, and very delicate.
It is beautifully hallmarked along the lip of the spice box
There are a few spots where the filigree has broken, but overall, it is absolutely beautiful..Pieces of this kind in great condition, go for thousands of dollars.
MONOGRAM: NONE MEASUREMENTS: 4 1/4" tall WEIGHT:2.7 troy ounces HALLMARK: 1860, and 91( old Russian Hallmarks) CONDITION: 90% of filligree is in great condition. a few holes, ( biggest measuring 1/2cm) otherwise, perfectly useable, and really pretty. |
