A Church Bass, circa 1850, folk instrument, measuring total of 35 inches. LOB is 21 1/2 inches. Playable after insertion of a Sound post. One piece Pine Back. Bridge appears to be a replacement. Body is in good condition but repairs have been made. Played Gamba style.
