DESCRIPTION: A pair of Chinese ink and watercolor paintings, each featuring three swimming koi, or goldfish. These paintings are quite old, dating from the 18th century Qing Dynasty, and are preserved with conservation mats and beautifully framed in gilded faux bamboo. Each has an inscription in Chinese characters and is signed with the artist’s red seal mark. These are companion paintings to our listing, stock number WD13A, but the pair can be bought separately.

DIMENSIONS: In frame 20 ½” wide (52 cm) x 17” high (43 cm); actual paintings are 9” wide (23 cm) x 6” high (15 cm).
