This triple ceramic dish with handle dates to the 19th through early part of the 20th century.

It is designed with a shape similar to a shamrock or three leaf clover.

It measures about 11 inches by 11 inches by about 4 inches tall.

It is hand painted with numerous designs of yellow daisies.

It is in excellent condition with losses to the gilding--primarily on the handle.

It appears to be European or Baltic in origin.

This may have originally been used as a relish or condiment dish.

There are no marks, makers names or country of origin. That in itself helps to date it to about circa 1900 or earlier.

These hand tooled silver bracelets or bangles are Asian (possibly Miao or Tibetan) and date from the early 20th century.

They are almost identical but not a matched pair. One of them is slightly larger than the other.

The larger one measures approximately 3 1/8 inches (7.7 cm) in diameter and just under 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) on the interior diameter. The smaller one measures approximately 3 inches (7.4 cm) in diameter and just under 2 3/8 inches (6.1 cm) on the interior diameter.

There are no silversmiths marks, silver marks or country of origin marks of any kind on either bracelet.

We haven't weighed these, but they are appear to be hollow, with lovely hand worked details overall. They are in excellent condition.

They are part of a small collection of Asian silver items (Tibetan, Chinese & SE Asian that were acquired from the same source(see photo enlargement ) and will be offered, or are currently being offered for sale.

It is hand painted with scenes in cobalt blue on a white ground.

It is in excellent condition with a few natural fissures and irregularities to the glaze (see close up photos).

The necklace which has numerous old silver and gemstones in combination.

It measures about 18 inches long stretched out end to end.

This antique bronze figure of the Monkey God Hanuman measures 5 x 4 x 1 1/2 inches (13 x 10 x 3 cm).

It is in excellent condition.

This ancient bronze figure was most likely crafted in Northern India, Tibet or Nepal.

We are dating it to the 17th - 18th century, although it may actually be much earlier, based on it's stylistic similarities with small Pala period bronze figures.

This is a Tibetan copper & white metal/silver prayer box or portable shrine (Gao) with a small bronze figure of Ganesh inside.

It dates circa 1890-1930, or possibly earlier.

It also has stitched covers from the early to middle 20th Century.

The front cover is covered with wonderfully hand tooled images, including a Tibetan mythical beast or lion surrounded by Buddhist calligraphy, topped by a flame. The rest of the box is copper, under the protective, stitched cover.

It measures 5 inches tall by 4 1/4 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches in depth.

It is part of a small collection of antique Asian silver artifacts that were originally acquired together. Some of these items will also be offered for sale, now or at a later date.

This antique wooden mask is a representation of Mahakala.

It dates from the late 19th or earlier.

It is similar in style and iconography to masks from Nepal, Tibet or Sikkim.

It measures about 13 inches high by 9 inches wide.

It is in very good condition except for a few small cracks and losses to the wood. It has remnants of remaining overpaint in the crevices and recessed areas.

Comparables Note: a slightly larger mask with the original paint remaining is listed in Miller's Price Guide(2003) at $7,800-$9,400 (Sotheby's - NY)(see photo enlargement #4).

This pair of charming 18th-19th century copper censors are in the form of small archaic wine jars. They have some verdigris on them but they are in excellent condition.

They measure 5 1/4 inches tall by about 4 1/2 inches wide.

The tripod feet are comprised of foo dogs or temple lions with elongated tongues. They have been used as candle holders at some time and retain a small amount of wax on the interior.

There are no marks on these censors. Circa 1780-1840's.

This tinned brass covered box in the shape of a duck or goose measures 11 x 8 x 10 1/2 inches. It is covered with intricately hand tooled designs. It is in outstanding condition.

It is marked illegibly on the bottom and retains most of it's original tinning.

It dates circa 1880-1920. Most likely from the Far East, although there are some stylistic similarities with Russian or Balkan motifs on the wing.

This Burmese silver case measures 80 mm by 112 mm by 13 mm in depth. It weighs 4.40 troy ounces.

It's original function was to hold cigarettes, but nowadays it can serve other functions, such as holding business cards, etc.

It has an overall engraved pattern of scrolling leaves with a three dimensional Standing temple lion set in a fluted, oval shield. The detail of the work is truly exceptional. The buyer will not be disappointed.

Burmese silver cases are much, much rarer than the more common Siamese Silver cases although both cultures are good investments these days with the rise of silver prices.

This silver case is unmarked, but guaranteed to be solid silver ranging from .900 to .925 pure.

It dates from the early 20th century,

It is in excellent condition overall. However, the catch slips; it needs minor adjustment to stay closed. It is also missing the original elastic straps: not unusual for it's age (70-80 years).

This large seated pottery figure of a woman measures 11 1/2 inches tall by 7 1/4 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches in depth.

It is in very good condition with the exception of a old repaired break on the leg below the figure's right knee.

It still has remnants of old applied colors on the head band, loin cloth, nose ring, arm bands and jar. It also shows the effect of having been burned black in some areas. The mouth is in an unusual open position, as if singing or chanting.

These two sterling silver porringers date from the early to middle 20th century.

Both are marked sterling. One is Gorham sterling and the other is Wallace sterling.

The measure 6.25-6.5 inches at their longest point (about 17 cm).

Each is about 4.5 inches in diameter (11.5 cm). They weigh together 8.3 ounces-see the last photo on scale. They came from the same estate collection years ago. One is simply marked "James". The other is marked, " To James Richard Hittle - From His Godfather, Douglas Fairbanks Jr.

They are both in very good condition generally, but have numerous small bungs as would be expected from a gift given to a small child as a christening present.

This Japanese Satsuma Vase is unmarked, 15 inches tall and about 9 inches in diameter.

It dates to the Meiji Period (1868-1912) and has Kwannon and Lohans with an elephant pictured upon it.

It has an old label from E.B. Heimstreet in Janesville, Wisconsin.

This jadeite carving measures about 3.5 x 5 inches by .5 inches in depth. It is in the shape of a rectangular plaque with slightly rounded edges.

It features a robed figure of Buddha holding a large lotus leaf while another figure kneels beside him.

This jadeite carving is in excellent condition .

It has colors that range from pale green to variegated colors that include a bright apple green, deep moss green and touches of emerald green.

The colors of the stone have been used to good effect to make the Buddha stand out on the obverse. On the reverse two large lotus leaves are framed utilizing the natural colors of the stone.

This rectangular jade box and cover measures approximately 5 inches by 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches (12cm x 9.4cm x 5.5 cm).

It is covered overall with incised decoration in leaf and flower patterns. The top has a simple lotus pond garden scene within a repeating line patterned maze design.

The box was carved from one piece of pale green celadon colored jade with a prominent natural inclusion along with cloud band patterns.

The bottom of the box appears to have been set in separately, but carved from the same piece of jade..

This box dates from the Qing Dynasty in China (1644-1911).

It is in excellent condition except for a couple of insignificant rim chips along the edge. They are difficult to see or photograph, but they can be felt when running a finger along the edge. They are VERY insignificant nicks.

NOTE: This box has very well patterned inclusions that help to document it's origin from a single large translucent stone.

This ANTIQUE CHINESE EXPORT PEWTER FISH BOWL & COVER measures 8 1/2 inches by 7 inches by 4 inches.

It is in excellent condition with no evidence of restoration or repairs. It does have some tarnish and wear as would be expected on a soft pewter serving dish that is between 120-160 years old.

IT IS HALLMARKED ON BOTH THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL AND UNDER THE LID.

IT STILL RETAINS IT'S ORIGINAL GLASS EYES.
