This sterling silver belt buckle measures 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches.

It is set with an outstanding single cabachon (30mm x 40mm) gemstone with colors ranging from vivid green to deep blue. (We don't know the specific mineral name on this one, but it is gorgeous).

It is marked sterling on the reverse and also has a mark of a heart with an "L" inside of it. It also has the name LANG scratched on it (very faintly).

We estimate it as circa 1940-1950.

It is in excellent condition, with a few scratches on the surface.
