This Japanese Satsuma Vase is unmarked, 15 inches tall and about 9 inches in diameter. It dates to the Meiji Period (1868-1912) and has Kwannon and Lohans with an elephant pictured upon it. It is in excellent condition with some light rubbing on the high relief gilded areas exposing an outstanding crackle beneath. |
