Spectacular, 3" long handmade sterling screw back earrings by Navajo Allen Kee created during his time as a benchsmith at the White Hogan Shop in Scottsdale, Arizona from 1946 to 1962, working beside Kenneth Begay. They are in fine original condition and weigh 17 grams total. Signed with the White Hogan hallmark sterling on the reverse of one earrings and Handmade AK on the reverse of the other. Allen Kee and Kenneth Begay produced more award winning jewelry then any other silversmiths of this period. Kee died early in his career so his pieces are very difficult to find. These are truly magnificent in every way !!
