Stunning, elegant sterling and turquoise necklace by Navajo Kenneth Begay. The necklace will fit up to a 15" neck. The amazing side scrolling panels measure 5"long and are 1 3/4" wide at the bottoms. The middle section with the turquoise measures 1 1/2" long with the stone being 7/8". All three sections move and form and curve comfortably on the neck. It weighs 63 grams and is in fine original condition. It is signed as shown with Kenneth Begay's hallmark as well as the White Hogan hallmark, Hand Made Sterling and an etched inscription "Second Prize Gallup 1956" also shown in the photo. An opportunity to own a magnificent piece by one of the best Navajo silversmiths.
