| A very rare and magnificent sterling and carved lapis pin by Mary Gage, American Arts & Crafts period c. 1930. The frame is a foliate motif encircling the oval carved lapis which is held in place by bead tipped silver wire prongs. This is a huge brooch measuring 3" by 2 1/4" and is solid and bold at 51 grams. A great coat or blazer pin that is sure to make a statement.It is in beautiful original condition and signed MARY GAGE STERLING. A very important piece from this artist. | ||
