| A beautiful and rare silver and gold ring by William Spratling c. 1940. I do not know if the balls are solid gold or a gold wash over silver. Simple and elegant, it is a size 7 and suitable for a man or woman. It is in fine original condition (lines on the balls are reflections)and signed Spratling Silver Made in Mexico. The marks are consistent with the Spratlingsilver.com website where it states "Occasionally , Made in Mexico was used on jewelry in combination only with the tertiary mark Spratling Silver. When this occurred,Spratling Silver served as a primary mark". This ring should delight any Spratling collector. | ||
