| Circular silver pin/pendant with triangles of azur malachite finished with a bead at each tip with removable original chain by William Spratling. This pin is pictured on page 48 of the new edition of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. According to the Spratlingsilver.com website, this was one of the last designs Spratling created for Spratling y Artesanos and this design was one of sixty Spratling agreed to provide the company after his resignation in July 1945. The pin measures 2 1/2" diameter and is on a 19" chain. The hallmarks are from the first design period, 1931-1946. All original, fine condition. Total weight is 86 grams. A Spratling treasure. | ||
