This antique 14K yellow gold pendant is 1" high without the bail, 7/8" wide. The bail is 1/2" high. The heart is pave set with round turquoise in a simple and very appealing design. The heart is somewhat puffy, about 3/8" thick, but hollow. There are no marks, but I have tested it and guarantee that it is 14K. The piece dates to about 1880-1900, and it is in excellent estate condition, with a minor scratch or insignificant ding.

This special and fine cameo brooch or pin is set in 14K yellow gold. The original C-clasp is present on the back, which dates the brooch to the Victorian period of the 19th century, around 1860-1880. It measures 1-3/4" high by 1-1/2" wide. The very finely carved shell cameo is set in a 14K yellow gold bezel, which is surrounded by exquisite gray seed pearls, further surrounded by a delicate narrow, textured gold border. The entire expanse of the back is 14K yellow gold. There are no marks, but I have tested the gold and guarantee that it is 14K. It is possible that the beautiful image of the woman in profile with a profusion of flowers intertwined with her curls is Proserpine. She is the ancient Roman goddess whose story is the basis of a myth of spring. The condition is excellent, no damage to the cameo, no missing pearls, no damage to the gold.

This wonderful little pin in 14K yellow gold is 1-7/8" wide at the bar, 1-1/2" high. There are no marks on the pin, but I have tested it and guarantee that it is 14K. The delightful design consists of a parrot with pave set oval and round sapphires in the body and pave set rose cut diamonds on the top and tail. The sapphires appear to be Ceylon in origin, but I have not had them analyzed. The parrot is gazing at a small white pearl, which could be a natural pearl. Because of the design and the rose cut diamonds, I would estimate that the pin is Victorian, around 1880-1890. The safety catch has been replaced with a modern safety, since the original Victorian C shaped safeties tended to break. The condition is excellent.
