This Mikimoto 18K yellow gold necklace comes with the original Mikimoto snake chain and a cultured pearl and 18K pendant. The chain is a generous 18" long. The pendant is 5/8" long with an 8 mm pearl and three small diamonds set on the front of the bail. Both the necklace and pendant are marked 750 for 18K, and the pendant is stamped with the M mark for Mikimoto. It is Mikimoto who invented the process for growing cultured pearls at the beginning of the 20th century. Both pieces were purchased together at Mikimoto, where the original retail price was about $4400. The condition is excellent.

This special and fine cameo brooch or pin is set in 14K yellow gold. The original C-clasp is present on the back, which dates the brooch to the Victorian period of the 19th century, around 1860-1880. It measures 1-3/4" high by 1-1/2" wide. The very finely carved shell cameo is set in a 14K yellow gold bezel, which is surrounded by exquisite gray seed pearls, further surrounded by a delicate narrow, textured gold border. The entire expanse of the back is 14K yellow gold. There are no marks, but I have tested the gold and guarantee that it is 14K. It is possible that the beautiful image of the woman in profile with a profusion of flowers intertwined with her curls is Proserpine. She is the ancient Roman goddess whose story is the basis of a myth of spring. The condition is excellent, no damage to the cameo, no missing pearls, no damage to the gold.
This 18K white gold ring is a size 6-1/2. It is marked 18K inside the shank. The top is 9/16" wide, a little over 1/2", and the back is 1/4" wide. Inside the back of the ring is a beautiful honeycomb pattern which demonstrates the fine detail in the ring. It dates to about the 1970's, and the condition is excellent, like new. The ring can be sized, and I will do it for the buyer. Please allow an extra 1/4 to 1/2 over your normal size to allow for the wide dimension of the band.
This pair of earrings in the shape of asymmetrical flowers with five petals is set in 18K white gold. They are 7/8" in diameter, almost one inch. There are 23 cts of invisibly set pink sapphires and .70 pts of diamonds in clusters of seven stones in the center. Each pink sapphire has been individually cut to fit the setting and perfectly matched in color, so that only the field of pink is visible. The beautiful 18K white gold setting on the back does not show from the top, only the pink stones. On the back there are clips with retractable posts, so that you do not need pierced ears to wear these magnificent earrings. The earrings date to about the 1970's, and the condition is excellent, like new, unused.
These earrings in 18K white gold are 13/16" in diameter, just under one inch. The design is a swirl of black and gray diamonds, slightly domed, not flat. Even the back of the earrings has a beautiful, cleanly finished pierced design in a place where only the wearer would see it, a sure sign of quality jewelry. There is an omega clip and post, and the post can be removed for someone without pierced ears. The earrings weigh 11.7 dwt or 18.2 g. They date to about the 1970's, and the condition is excellent, like new, unworn.
These earrings are 18K white gold, 1-1/8" in diameter, fairly large. They are pave set with 14 ct of pink sapphires with 12 mm South Seas white pearls in the center. The pink sapphires are perfectly and evenly matched in color, which takes additional time and requires many more stones in the setting. There are five petals to the flowers, and each petal is slightly different. The back is finished as beautifully as the top. There is an omega back, no post, but a post can easily be added to the flat platform on the back. I will be happy to do so for the buyer. The earrings date to about the 1970's, and the condition is excellent.
