Nice army belt and buckle set. The inside flap of the tab has been cut short. Front side with maker mark is fine. Maker marked H ARLD 1937 NURENBERG. Buckle is similarly marked HA under the roll bar. Buckle has a little wave to its shape but not bad at all. The frog is one that I don't recognize but looks German made. It is larger then a K98 and has a weird button catch; Leather on the frog shows some age wear. Any help on IDing this would be appreciated...
Excellent condition red cross hewer. Nickel fittings are all perfectly in place. Ges Gesch marked blade does a couple of spots towards the end (See lat photo) that would probably clean up but the blade is so buttery smooth I don't want to mess with it. This is really an excellent example with the frog.
Decent example Hitler Youth knife with motto. There is an unfortunate oxidation spot right on the "und" (See photos). Otherwise, blade shows age but no abuse and cross graining is still easily identifiable on the back. No sharpening. RZM M7/36. Handle shows similar use and not abuse. Plating shows some freckling. Grips are undamaged. Diamond is nice but has a discoloration to a small area on one of the red fields. Scabbard is undented and actually has most paint intact...
This offering is a German medal commemerating the 400th anniversary of the birth of Martin Luther. It is dated 1883 on one side with what is I believe a prayer in German. On the obverse is a bust portrait of Martin Luther with the years of his life 1483-1546. A nice, rare item.
