This document is from the estate of Dr. Robert M. W. Kempner who was a Prussian born lawyer who fled German before WWII. He reurned after the war as a member of the prosecution team. This document comes with a color flyer for the auction of his estate and an auction catalog. This document has Schulenburg and Tippelskirch listed as person implicated and deals with the topic of the Foreign Office being engaged in "Preparations for Aggresive War, specifically dealing with a meeting between Stalin and Molotov with Schulenburg and a German military attache.. The first page is a typed document with document number in upper left corner and "2nd copy" stamped into upper right. the other two pages are photo copies of the original document from German Foreign Office archives. A rare chance to own a document guaranteed to be original to the Nuremberg Trial and provenance backing up the story. Included in the catalog is a brief write up Dr. Kempner and the auction flyer has a color photo as well. The auction was held January of 2005 and this document has been in my collection since.
