| Beautiful miniature portrait, original painting of a Court Lady or Royal. Beautiful detail, the eyes look liquid. I don't believe it is painted on ivory, but it is the same era and quality. Signed by artist Vernig, probably French. The frame measures 5.5" tall. Beautiful old tapestry backing. From personal collection in estate of 90 year old antique dealer. | ||||||
