| These poor old dears, no longer able to do their jobs, left home to seek their fortune in the town of Bremen. So the German fairy tale written down by the Brothers Grimm goes. This figure is made up of four ring-turned animals carved in the workshop of the internationally renowned craftsman Christian Werner. This workshop is in the tiny German village of Seiffen in Erzgebirge, the mountain home of wooden toys, especially animals, made by carving sections out of lathed rings.
