| These tiny nutcracker kings - 3 1/4 inches tall - from Erzgebirge are very colorful and have movable jaws just like their big cousins. Everyone knows the colorful nutcracker kings from Seiffen in Erzgebirge, the mountains in the southeastern corner of Germany. It was here in the 19th century that the first nutcrackers of this sort were made on lathes powered by running water. And today the workshop of Christian Werner is still making these little guys in just the same way as over a 100 years ago | |||||
