| What a temptation! A wonderfully hand-crafted set -- Adam and Eve are 1 3/4 inches tall and the snake is in an apple tree which is 3 1/4 inches tall. These lathed, carved and hand-painted figures are from the workshop of Christian Werner in the tiny village of Seiffen, Erzgebirge, where the first ring-turned animals were made over a hundred years ago. Then as now these wonderful little figures are first cut out of lathed rings and then carved into delightful creatures. | ||
