A pair of beautiful, hand-painted glass vases made by Bohemian master, Moser. The amber-colored, ribbed glass vases have blue-colored applied scroll-feet and lava-drippings from the top rims. Each vase is 12 1/4 inches (31 cm) tall and 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide. Except for a couple of chips on the blue-glass applications of one vase (see last two pictures), which are typical of these old applied-glass vases, the vases are in decent condition. Polished pontils (slight 'pull' on one vase's pontil). Unsigned, as expected. Based on the color of the glass blanks, ribbing on the glass and enameling on the vases, in all likelihood, they were made by Moser. The glass fluoresces in a gentle-green coloration when subjected to long-wavelength UV-light, typical of 19th century glass items.
