A pair of Murano glass blue bottles or decanters with gold flecks and flame stoppers, made by Alfredo Barbini, around 1950. Each bottle is 20 1/2 inches (52 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,5 cm) wide. Ribbed glass. They are in good condition (negligible flea-bites on the bottom of one stopper - hidden when the stopper is in place). Button pontils. White 'Camer Glass New York Made in Italy' label on both; silver 'Camer Glass' label on one. These labels were used on Alfredo Barbini articles (please refer to page 28 of Leslie Pina's book, 'Italian Glass century 20' - shown in last picture here for your convenience). These blue Barbini bottles are much rarer than similar pink bottles.
