An ornate Bohemian glass box with jewels, made by Moser around 1885. The green-colored box is 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) high. It has yellow/amber colored jewels on it. The hinge opens and closes fine. Except for a missing jewel / chip on the top (see last picture), the box is in very good condition. Like typical Moser objects from the 19th century, the box is unsigned. It fluoresces in a gentle-green color when subjected to long-wavelength black-light - so the box's blank is definitely of Bohemian origin from the last part of the 19th century. The decor on the box is typically Moser's.
