Nice 20th Century Japanese wood block print by Tomikichiro Tokuriki, 1902-2001. The artist comes from 12 generations of official Kyoto artists. He was the official Honganji Temple artist. The title "Soba Vendor" shows a typical Japanese eatery. The women are in traditional Komono dress. The detail in the shadows is more modern, more painterly with the image of the dog very impressionistic. The print is in good condition. Print is approx 9 X 14 and the frame is 14 X 19. ca 1950
