Origin: America, circa 1950. Condition: excellent, no cracks, a little paint wear on the nose, a small scratch on the side of one leg, and discoloration to the glue joining the halves. Size: 6-1/2” tall.

This Matchless star Christmas light has amber glass prisms and a cobalt blue glass gem. This is one of the less common color combinations. The base is bakelite and the bulb is C-6. Terrific bisque figurine of Santa Claus of mica-covered skis. He carries a cloth pack of his back. This is really a great piece with nice color. One ski has been broken and reglued. Other than that, he's in superb original condition. Marked "Made In Japan". 2-3/4" tall.
