| Great vintage Halloween wooden ratchet noisemaker decorated with a plaster-filled celluloid black cat. All celluloid Halloween items are difficult to find, and it was rarely used in conjunction with ratchet noisemakers. The cat is marked "Made In Japan". The wood ratchet is stained orange and has a green clacker. Circa 1930. Size: 8" tall. | ||||||
