A nice lithographed tin wind-up car by Marx. The sides of the car are emblazoned with the logo “Safe Driving School”, the hood says “Learn to Drive” and the trunk says “Dual Control Driver Training Car” (sure enough, if you look inside the windows, you can see two steering wheels). The toy is in working condition. Minimal paint loss at the front and back right corners (probably from a parallel parking accident). Origin: America, ca. 1946. Size: 6-3/4” x 2-3/4”. |
