| The Pennsylvania maker of this mid-20thc quilt had an interesting collection of ombre fabrics to use, but pieces that were not quite big enough to fit the template. Several of the 12-patch blocks have added on strips and the placement of the blocks is random rather than artistic. Nonetheless the unusual fabrics and mix of colors have an impact. The binding and piecing were done by machine and the quilting is hand-sewn. The all cotton lightweight quilt measures 80 by 74 inches and is in excellent condition with light fold lines. | ||
