| A pair of German Shepherd (or Alsatian) bookends made of cast iron with some remaining bronzed finish. They are smaller in size but nonetheless have weighty bases. No maker's or foundry marks, they would have been made circa 1920 and have never lost their appeal for dog collectors. The height is 4-3/4 inches, the width is 3-1/2 inches, the depth is 1-3/4 inches, and the weight for the pair is less than 1.25 pounds. | ||
