Large stylized murano glass figure of a kneeling Asian, rendered in two shades of smoky gray glass with amethyst undertones. The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. The figure stands 13.5 inches (34.2 cm) tall and is slightly over 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide and is 7.5 inches (19 cm) deep. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. This is a large ovoid shaped paperweight from the 1960's with a single large colorful fish swimming among green seaweed. The paperweight is large and heavy (almost 9 pounds), standing 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) Tall and approximately 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) in diameter. No chips, cracks or repairs; appropriate age scratches to base. Unsigned.

Blown glass cased bottle vase in shades of Amber (orange), Cream and Tan, surface is covered with cuts (beaten surface) of varying sizes, in columns swirled around the vase, giving the surface of the piece a sensuous tactile feel. Very large vase in two colors ochre and lavender with white "flame" marks between the two colors. The vase looks as if it has candles surrounding it. The interior of the vase has a smooth bump between the two colored halves suggesting the use of the incalmo technique in forming the vase. The latimo canne are embedded in either clear yellow or clear lavender glass. The vase has the purple/silver Cenedese paper label and is signed on the bottom in script. Simple, classic designs!

A collection of pencil neck vases and a large brandy snifter all in satinato glass. Orange, green, blue and yellow satinato colors are represented. All pieces have a clear satinato foot. Pieces were designed and made by Carlo Moretti for Rosenthal-Netter.

Original Rosenthal-Netter labels or remnants of same on the bases of several of the pieces.

A collection of three (3) pieces of Venini glass from 2002. All three pieces have the round clear Venini Murano Made In Italy label to the side, and all are signed venini 2002 on the base. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to any of the pieces.

The collection contains the following pieces:

A 9 inch (22.9 cm) tall 'a canne' vase in green, crystal, and light blue stripes. It tapers from 6 inches (15 cm) at the rim, down to 4 inches (10 cm) at the base.

Fratelli Toso Rose Bowl constructed of Cattedrale (or Tiffany Window) murrines in reds, greens, yellows and blue. The murrines feature clear "windows" of glass.Some have "bullseye" configurations in the clear window and black (nerox) glass frames. This is a delightful 4 inch (10.2 cm) diameter bowl with a height of 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) due to the polished top. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1955.

Fratelli Toso Millefiori Paperweight, 6 Green canne centered ruffled Latimo and raspberry florets surrounding a central ruffled floret of the same design on a gold foil or aventurine ground. Measures 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide by 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) tall. Remnants of blue and silver foil Toso label. Condition is excellent with no scratches or bruises. Circa 1950 - 1960.

Fazzoletto (handkerchief) vase in an unusual bicolor combination of black (dark reddish purple) glass cased in a medium blue opaque glass, giving the over all effect of a black interior with grey-blue exterior. Vase has an undulating rim rather than pulled points. There is a tiny pinhead size burst bubble (fleabite) to the rim, and two tiny areas with surface scratches. No cracks or repairs. This pieces sparkles! Designed by Ermanno Toso this cylindrical decanter is made with twisted pink canes and aventurine filigree. Matching stopper with clear glass flange and stem. Stopper does have burst bubble which occurred during manufacture. Decanter stands just over 18 inches (46 cm) Tall, and has no chips, cracks or repairs. A pair of large droplet shaped pendant lamps in cool green and blue murrines that resemble cells. An Ermanno Toso design from around 1960. The murrines are floating in a clear glass matrix on which they were gathered, heated, then blown.

Each hanging fixture has a satiny acid matte finish and is capped with a polished brass plate with loop for hanging. The brass plates appear to be original. The brass plates are held on by clips and can be removed to change the bulbs.

Large stoppered Nerox "a petoni" (patches)Decanter by Fratelli Toso in black glass with dark red and hot pink patches, designed by Ermanno Toso. Nerox is black oxide glass (nero = black, ox = oxide), and is a true black glass. This black glass is used to gather up the patches of colored glass to create the "a petoni" pattern on a black ground. Center bowl of opalescent glass with irregular aventurine patches floating in pools of clear teal-blue. Slightly irregular oval, almost egg shaped, bowl measures a (HUGE!) 19 inches (48 cm) by 13 (33 cm) and is 2.5 inches (6 cm) deep. Bowl has a flat bottom with a polished pontil and retains its blue and silver Murano Glass, made in Italy label. Likely an Ermanno Toso design of 1950/1960. Fazzoletto (handkerchief) vase with undulating rim in red (exterior) and white (interior) glass. The technique for fusing the two colors of glass is known as incamiciato.
