American Art and Crafts Period Rookwood Vase, a perfect compliment to your Arts and Crafts bungalow, Frank Lloyd Wright would be pleased. This is the second largest size in this mold; the vase stands 12 1/8 inches (31 cm) tall. Vases larger than 10 inches are uncommon for Rookwood. Glazed in Oxblood red with green highlights on the rim. Vase has impressed RP flame mark with VII below, and an impressed 951 B. Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1907

Late 1950s, Porcelain body with Turquoise glaze, Black Dots and hand-painted Gold Star-burst decoration; Gold plated fittings. Paper label on bottom that reads: DeVilbiss, S-1750 3, Made in U.S.A.. There are three firing cone marks on the base, visible in the photos, these are not flaws, just a product of the method of manufacture. Original bulb is in good condition. Overall condition is excellent. 10 inches tall.

Rookwood Vase mold number 2111 dated 1926. Height: 6 1/8 inches. The color is Turquoise blue. The horizontal lines visible in one of the views are crazing lines in the glaze. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. Fully marked with Rookwood Flame mark, XXVI, and 2111 with the finishers mark of Albersman. Vase shape designed by Lorinda Epply.
