Leather wrapped brass with wood interior. Lid has applied floral motif. There is a split in the leather at the back corner of the box, but it is still firmly attached and not pulling away. Box measures 5.5 inches (cm) long by 4.75 inches (cm) wide by 2 inches (cm) deep. Box is marked on the interior HERMES MADE IN FRANCE, also stamped HB in a square on opening flange. Circa 1930-1940

Large, extremely colorful, bowl swirled in shades peacock blue, red, amber, green, gold, and white. Clear applied crystal foot with polished pontil, and three plastic "feet". Small rough spot on outside of rim but no chips, cracks or repairs. Bowl measures 5.75 inches (14.6 cm) Tall and is 13 inches (33 cm) in diameter. Large wheel engraved vase depicting birds in trees just leafing out, the design is executed over the entire surface of the vase from base to rim. The shape of the vase is a tapering, pinched, ovoid form. The vase is in exceptional condition, with only a slight amount of light surface scratches on the interior or exterior of the vase normally found on older glass; no chips, cracks or repairs...

Signed Venini “Cinesi” vase in opaque Sapphire Blue glass. This blown glass vase measures 10 ½ inches (27.3 cm) Tall and is approximately 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter, and the mouth of the vase is 5 inches (12.7 cm) in diameter. The vase does sport 3 darker rings of deeper Sapphire which adds to the interest of the vase. The vase has a polished pontil, and no chips, cracks or repairs although there is a minor one-half inch scuff on the side of the vase (see photos)...

A lovely Venini “A Canne” Vase with alternating canes of Straw Yellow, Amber and Crystal glass. This large blown glass vase measures 11 ½ inches (29.2 cm) Tall, and tapers from a diameter of 5 inches (12.7 cm) at the base to 7 ¾ inches (19.7cm) at the top edge. Top edge is slightly wavy, and the base has a polished pontil, one clear round Venini label and one “vetri murano” label to the side. No chips, cracks or repairs. Signed on the base venini/italia/84

Center bowl of opalescent glass with irregular aventurine patches floating in pools of clear teal-blue. Slightly irregular oval, almost egg shaped, bowl measures a (HUGE!) 19 inches (48 cm) by 13 (33 cm) and is 2.5 inches (6 cm) deep. Bowl has a flat bottom with a polished pontil and retains its blue and silver Murano Glass, made in Italy label. Likely an Ermanno Toso design of 1950/1960. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1960.

Designed by Ermanno Toso this cylindrical decanter is made with twisted pink canes and aventurine filigree. Matching stopper with clear glass flange and stem. This pieces sparkles! Stopper does have burst bubble which occurred during manufacture. Decanter stands just over 18 inches (46 cm) Tall, and has no chips, cracks or repairs. Retains the blue and silver foil label used by Fratelli Toso. Identical piece is shown in Leslie Pina's book Fratelli Toso, page 23. Excellent condition. Circa 1960

Orrefors Fishgraal (Graal) vase, circa 1954. Large crystal vase with fish swimming in pond with pond weed. Rarer, near spherical form. Signed ORREFORS/Graal No. 1159 H/Edward Hald. Piece measures 5 inches (12.7 cm) tall and is 5 3/8 inches (13.6 cm) in diameter. Highly reflective and gives illusion of many more fish swimming in pond. Condition is excellent,has minor surface scratches but no chips, cracks or repairs. Age appropriate scratches to base.

Large stylized murano glass figure of a kneeling Asian, rendered in two shades of smoky gray glass with amethyst undertones. The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. The figure stands 13.5 inches (34.2 cm) tall and is slightly over 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide and is 7.5 inches (19 cm) deep. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs.
