| Leather wrapped brass with wood interior. Lid has applied floral motif. There is a split in the leather at the back corner of the box, but it is still firmly attached and not pulling away. Box measures 5.5 inches (cm) long by 4.75 inches (cm) wide by 2 inches (cm) deep. Box is marked on the interior HERMES MADE IN FRANCE, also stamped HB in a square on opening flange.
