| 15 inch tall Patsy, composition shoulder head with molded hair and painted features, composition arms and legs on a cloth body. The doll is in excellent codition with some very minor paint loss and is missing a couple toes on one foot(see photos). the line on her face near her right eye is not a crack but an over-long eyelash! The doll wears her original clothes, socks and shoes. Very sweet! Marked Effanbee, PATSY in an oval on back of neck. Circa 1925-1927. The 15th Blue Book of Dolls lists her at $350-$400. | ||
