| Culture: Anatolian. Date: 19th - 18th Century BC. Provenance: Ex: Prominent Private East Coast collection, Ex: European art market. Condition: Intact, Superb, with minor crack that has been professionally stabilized. Material: Pottery. Measurements:15.75 inches high (40 cms). Made of burnished red pottery, bionical in form on a flat base, beige color painted on its upper body half and decorated with wavy pattern zig zag motifs. This jar is of exceptional beauty and quality,and all Anatolian jars are exceedingly rare.
