Antique Japanese wooden storage box, Taisho-Period (c.1920). Crafted from keyaki, an exotic hardwood indigenous to Japan, with a rich dark finish. Good condition with beautiful patina; some cupping of the removable lid. Approximately 23 inches wide, 15 inches tall, and 15 inches deep.
Shipping via fedex ground is $50 within the continental United States and Hawaii; $75 to Canada or Alaska. Overseas customers please contact me for a shipping quote. Local pickup is always welcome at my downtown Los Angeles gallery, and delivery is available in Southern California. |
