Greek Empire, Ca 5th century BCE. Ancient bronze bracelet in rounded form overlapping for about 20% of its length. Ends of bracelet with double ridges and "feather" pattern extends from each end about 2-1/2". Bracelet has been mounted on a Bob Dodge original base in the form of a human hand and arm-bone, nails painted red and golden-toned ring on ring finger. Bracelet measures 3-1/4"D. Base measures 5-1/2"L x 5-3/4"H.
