Pre-Columbian, Guerrero, Mexico, ca. 500 to 300 BCE. Rare brown-stone percussion instrument called a raspador. It is played by rubbing a piece of wood across the surface and makes a nice frog-like croaking sound. 9-3/8" (24 cm) L.
