Pre-Columbian, Panama, Gran Cocle, ca 600 to 900 CE. Very attractive pottery pedestal decorated on the top with abstract fish, probably a member of the eel family, base decorated in geoemtric panels. 9-3/8" D. Along with large polychrome olla with bulbous base and flared rim, upper shoulder decorated in continuous band of abstract forms. Size: 12" W x 11.5" H (30.5 cm x 29.2 cm)
Condition: Each repaired from several pieces, but paint generally quite strong on both.
