This page is from a Bible or Prayer Book from one of the Egyptian monasteries, in the Sinai desert. It is written on the two sides of the sheet in Coptic, on one of the earliest papers made in the area. Very nicely written in black and red ink with some marginal annotations in Arabic.

Comes with a photocopy of the last page of the bible stating the place, scribe and year..
