Recto: 22 lines of Dutch text in a beautifully Gothic Bookhand in red and black inks with capitals in blue or red. Text written between 2 verticals and 22 horizontals ruled in grey. Text block area 93 X 63 mm. Verso: 22 lines of Dutch text in a beautifully written Gothic Bookhand in black ink, text capitals touched in red. This leaf is an example of the beautifully written leaves produced at the Augustinian Convent of St.Agnes in Delft.
