Camau Shipwreck, A Yongzheng White Porcelain Plate

Another lot of Minyao or people’s wares which were commercially produced for export. They were found from a shipwrecked cargo called "The Ca Mau Shipwreck" between 1723-1735 in the South China Sea. There is also a book recently published called " The Ca Mau Shipwreck" which can be used as the reference for this shipwrecked antique item.

The white porcelain plate with some trace of flower design on the interior and exterior surface. The plate was originally painted with color overglaze; however, due to the long period under the seabed.

Age: Chinese, Qing (Ching) dynasty (Yongzheng), circa 18th century (1723-1735)
Diameter: 22.5 C.M./ Height: 2.8 C.M.
Condition :Nice glaze and condition overall (The color was all gone and left with some trace over glaze. The glaze is still in nice condition to collect). Please refer to the enlargement photos for more details.
